This website introduces our managed residential beekeeping service. Its content is general information, offered in good faith. It is not an offer, a guarantee, or professional advice, including medical or legal advice.

Every garden is different, so availability, pricing, and scope are agreed personally, in a written agreement signed after a site visit. Nothing on this website creates a contract between you and Pollen.

Honey bees are living animals and follow the seasons. Descriptions of harvests, pollination, colony behavior, and timing reflect what we typically see, not a promise.

2. Consultation requests

A consultation request carries no obligation on either side. Not every garden is right for bees, and if we believe yours isn't, we will tell you honestly.

3. Intellectual property

The Pollen name, logo, words, photographs, and design of this website belong to Pollen or are used with permission. You are welcome to view and share our pages for personal, noncommercial purposes. Any other use, including commercial copying, requires our written permission.

4. Using the website

We ask that you use the website as intended. Please do not attempt to disrupt it or access it without authorization, collect data from it by automated means, send spam, or submit false information.

5. What you send us

Anything you send through the website is handled under our Privacy Policy. Please keep gate codes, alarm details, and other confidential information out of the form. We will gather what is needed in person.

Links to other websites, including our Instagram and Facebook pages, are offered for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
